    Stand by for a damages claim...

    Supported no less, than by the ministers own words...

    "He agreed Cazaly had been awarded the lease legitimately and had suffered immense damage through no fault of its own."

    I have been harping on this scenario...seems the minister is suggesting CAZ have sufficient grounds here.

    Might be long drwn out process, but CAZ stand to reap a substantial level of compensation here.
