what that means is that any taker over will have to be at a massive premium as 50% [ approx ] of shareholdings are owned by EMR capital and aussie and Spanish management...
i.e. for it to succeed they will need to offer us alot more $
EMR were seed capitalists... for them to throw n $ now is such a massive +ve for us...
massive blue skys ahead [ especially after the permits are granted assuming they do - and this cap raising helps get them thru too - well certainly shows we mean business anyway]
i dont know if it will get to $7 red - but this certainly helps us get somewhere around that... or maybe even more once permits are granted as that is really the last de-risking of the projects
