What sort of communication do you want from management? I think you may have missed the 4c on 30 April (11 days ago) - It was even flagged as price sensitive. It has a lot of detail : Strong cash flow. Update on acquisitions and reconfirmation of guidance. Given that the company is still required to release a 4c you get a lot more info than other companies.
Its not the lack of information in my opinion but our expectations that are driving the feeling that we need more. Nothing more is necessary as I see it to hit good results other than a last quarter hitting the expected numbers. I think we will be rewarded when they reach the next level. The next level is EPS of around 5/6c and that probably needs an acquisition I think.
That will happen but you have to accept that the most important thing is to have the right acquisition - I would rather they take 18 months to find the right acquisition than buy something and overpaying.
