I would disagree - it doesn't add up. We are talking about the modifying factors here not the geostatistics. If the nugget effect was causing a confidence issue, then the entire resource would be classified inferred/unclassified.
The previous trial mining-mapping-sampling-reconciliation would have provided ample data to support the resource classification - this was an objective of the trial mining.
If there is enough confidence to generate an Indicated resource, then a probably mining reserve can also be supported. ABM have in fact generated a reserve without actually announcing one.
Just IMO a red flag - it's material to me. Will keep watching (grade is king)
