I tend not to agree on this one

The guys , Ian included have all been running large companies- Ian specifgicall Optus business so they have the experience and know how- but things take time- he came on with a dud of a company and it takes a few years to turn around- if we don't see it good by the end of 12 months then we know he's failed. still 3 more months left yet.

I would question whether NEC is doing enough- they were somewaht relaint on NEC for revenue from PGS and ABLE- that's the problem of vendor relaince- great when it's all good, soon as a competitor beats you with a new product and oh dear you suffer a 6 month slump.

I had a mate at panasonic and their dealers suffered the same in the hands of NEC for 12 months, then boom the sales flipped back over in a period of a few mponths- now NEC is not as bad, but one of their major new IP lines has been a bit behind the rest of the market- that will cause lost sales for an interim period and I think we can see with tee that has happened- not great tiem to conincide with a merger/aquisition.

Also moving the voice sales guys into becomiung voice and data is a bit of a slog and takes some weeding out and some time.
the new comander Sales manager should fix that and move it forward.

but at 2.9c it's a pretty cheap punt on if they start to make money the price will triple...
