One things I think a lot of people forget is the opportunity cost of having funds tied up waiting for the market to realize fair value (if your not a believer in the efficient market hypothesis). I'm having that problem right now - I have a reasonable chunk of my capital tied up in AJX and am missing out on gains in stocks that are moving right now, hence my dilemma as to whether or not to sell a portion of my holding.

For some reason the market has lost interest in AJX for the time being, hence the bot action having a field day. I have no doubt interest will return, however I'm thinking it may be a few months or more unless something out of left field comes up.

I have a feeling the same thing is happening with a lot of people. The spec space is having somewhat of a boom right now and there are many many big movers of late. One only has so much capital at his disposal so has to make the most efficient use of it at all times.
