Just need to work out how to go about shorting CKRA for the same number of shares CKA will convert into.
That would effectively lock in the current script value equivalent of 22.5 cents. If the deal doesn't go through then there is a good chance CKRA will tank rather than rising so perhaps some profit to be made on the short in that case.
