    If interest is only 124,000 and they have $30m in bank account,

    $124,000/30,000,000 * 100 = 0.41%

    If interest rates in China is around 4% - 5% why they only receive 0.41% interest?

    So now they want to not pay any divy to s/h... bit of red flag no?
