Can't get cash without FOT shareholder approval as a public company.

Month on month revenue growth looks fantastic, this should be the least of your worries. Mpire shareholders are private, in other words it could be one or many, what matters is that they want the public listing, which gives them leverage to greater capital options for future growth/acquisitions. Mpire is a portal, thus to expand at its current trajectory there will need to be acquisitions down the track, this is what they gain, leverage to the open market.

Revenue commenced from a low base the same way the monetisation of any company happens. Every company has to develop a product (a net cost phase) introduce the product (low revenue stage) and then let the product become accepted/popular (growth stage). How is this hard to comprehend?

Last month grew quite nicely. Not every month is going to be huge increases, it won't go in a straight line. December jump makes sense because its a sale portal around xmas.

I think you're cynicism is great but I don't think any of your concerns here are valid... Some things might arise as time goes on and we learn more about Mpire, but currently everything is above board.
