Is the position propped at the moment to make the CR look enticing to take up.
The way I see it, maybe it is being propped up to stay at 2.6 so the CR looks enticing at a 30 percent increase. Most people will dump the CR shares anyway and take the gain.
I'm not confident this reflects a real position at the moment.
