I am pretty sure that is Neil Rinaldi narrating the video. Neil is totally on board this listing and doing everything to make it happen. The halt and releases today to the market, look to have been made to counteract the Share Price slide. They want to cap raise at a good price.
The sale of assets is more likely to be delayed than not. So one must assume the cap raise will be for at least $3m the stronger the SP the less dilution.
