Good lesson. I just like to hold a smaller amount of things I like now. If you had kept say 100k of LNG or even 50k you still participate. I still have about a quarter of my ADO holding so while I don't like it dropping I still participate on a rally and can buy again if I think it gets really cheap - and I don't watch it daily like I used to (even if I convinved myself I didn't).
