Furthermore, it is necessary to point out that any debtors to qtk are not noted on the 4C. We know for a fact that sales have occurred during the quarter but were not reflected on the receipts from customers. My accountant confirmed that it is common for businesses to provide a produce, or a service, and be paid weeks..sometimes months later. So the 4C is not a true reflection on the profitability of any company!

It also must be noted that virtually the entire reduction in qtk's cash balance was on assets (which most likely would be base stations for beijing), so what the company has lost in cash it has gained in an asset which it will receive payment for.

IMHO, there is nothing at all to be concerned about although i must confess i was initially shocked yesterday.
