Because the expression 'Disallowed' has been around so long there will be various interpretations. However the definition I know of is a 10 times increase in the money you have invested. For example if you were wise enough to buy 500,000 SHE shares at .005c that would have cost you $2500. When SHE rocketed up to 2.5c it would be now worth $12,500, a ten fold increase in your investment value.
There are quite a few who are currently sitting on '10 baggers' and congratulations to them and in my view there is so much more to come.
