    The way I read this announcement is;

    "Cash is short. Income is well below expenditure. Fund raising from the faithful is insufficient to repay loans or the directors and management fees so we (the directors etc) may as well take out the amount owing as shares and have a larger shareholding just in case we can get over the line and make this company profitable. The alternative is to have the auditors declare that the company may not be a going concern."
