Enoggera, I was never one to 'Lord it' over students, parents or teachers and I'm not the one trying to dictate what happens in remote Aboriginal communities.
As a school leader I established structures that enabled vigorous input from all stakeholders since that's what leads to productive and sustainable WIN-WIN outcomes.
That even explains why I regard it as important for governments to properly engage with Aborigines and especially those whose communities are flagged for closure. All australians deserve no less from their governments.
