I expect more. If however, it is 12c then that will be a 50% return on my portfolio balance as of today. One thing I can assure you of is that I walk my talk. That 4c with my quantities is a powerful lot of $. If AVB was to repeat that trick, 50% increase annually, for the next 4 or 5 years no one would be complaining...well no one in their right mind.
