I'm afraid I won't be able to drink all of the water on earth of eat over 1000 tonnes of lactose in order to be able to get one molecule of the active substance....
I'd ask for one of the 200C concoctions but you will need to find another 10 to the power of 320 universes and I don't think I could even swallow one entire universe on the chance that I get one active molecule.
