On the other hand Razman there actually is no news to react to, yet. All we know is that LNG wants to raise money for further its NA projects. We don't know yet whether or not the money raising was successful nor do we now exactly why the money is needed. All will be revealed and then all hell will break out (or not).
However, everything LNG has done to date has been spot on!
