re: share purch plan.......kincella guys in most cases these days when a company issues shares at a discount to sophisticated investors etc, or gives out a spp at a discount, the market then prices the sp to reflect the discount, even if only temporary
normally just a minor hiccup in the greater scheme of things, there is a dilution to the shares..............
but we expect more income in the future
