re: tactical move by viva -ed perhaps you guys should have a look at the ASX listing rules. Particularly the part (3.1) about continuos disclosure. TNY had to make an announcement because they had signed a heads of agreement! The next announcement will be to disclose whether it has been completed or not. They do not run announcements for the benfit of mug punters' timetables.
