    Is it logical to assume that if the price fell to 4.35 then those instos who missed out would come in and buy assuming the volume in the sells were there?

    With so much interest in the raising and with Eddie sugar again involved in the U.S. side is this the first sign perhaps of a new type of insto investor who is less risk averse than the hedge funds looking to get in with BTAs imminent?
