No settlement, pretty obvious this was always going to go to trial imo. This isn't about the stockpile, this is all about the sales rights. ITOCHU will only buy it on condition that the sales rights are included. AGS have nothing to sell without it.
If we win this case it will be sold quick smart. Don't even bother talking about future earnings, there won't be any. The board have already told us they will sell the goose that lays the golden eggs. After that it will be a slow death in Chile.
