A few of us know/accept from AGS's Announcements/RCR Reports what the base is that AGS is coming from before this Court Trial started (I have posted the details to the best of my knowledge) Many don't accept it from the replies I got imo, but that aside, the most important point to consider is, Are AGS pursuing the end to the Reduction process if they win Sales rights.?

Because as you post Moseley, if they win Sales rights and Sell, then, from December 2015 its the value of 15%. Atm its around 20% and reducing down to 15% at the next cash call when its the only time through making the Cash Call that the Reduction Process can be halted by AGS other than through the Courts. In my opinion.

So valuation for 15% of Four Mile with Sales Rights is the Saleable asset. (ACE) if they cant get Damages awarded including the Reduction Process reversed.!

If some one could find out what damages AGS is seeking or ask Steve Johnston or Tony Lethlean at the Court, it would help to understand whats going on, to some extent.

Winning Sales rights and having the Reduction Process reversed means 25% and Sales rights as opposed to 15% and sales rights for any sale of ACE. A difference of 40% assessed value (ACE). imo if sold.

To me any damages awarded other than the Reduction Process reversed would be insufficient. imo (Guessing there.!)

Dare I touch on this but Lose this Court Action and as Tamra1 pointed out its crowded in the Court room with Silks so the Legal Costs will be significant if AGS has to pay.

The Market will cane AGS's shareprice considering our Cash in Bank atm

Before you all line up and suggest I am cheering for the opposition. Forget it, as I only post the position of AGS and ACE at a point in time(Always have). AGS's position only changes through a win in Court and I'm not smart enough to suggest one way or the other which way the result will go. Anyone having a go will end up looking like a genius or a dunce! been there done that. lol

To date the previous Court Actions have contributed to the position of ACE at this point in time and the Cash position of AGS. All we are getting is some lost ground back with this latest Action or ending up further down the hole. imo

25% and Sales rights returns some credibility back to the Directors of AGS. imo

This Court Action is more significant to Shareholders atm than the failed M&D C Matter. imo

The stakes here are huge. imo

    Good Luck All

    Md
