i dont completely disagre with you but I am sorry, this is a public company and if management aren't there to increase shareholder value (increasing shareprice) vs get their paycheck and go home, then I am afraid we are all in it for the wrong reason. good management = good share price, improving managment = improving shareprice. none of that really happening here yet is it? since when has management bought shares on market? <- that's a genuine question because i haven't looked lately lol

back to the options ... i am a cynic and one to always question the motives behind it and to an extent, cover the conspiracy theories off.

imo the minute our beloved management signed over 50% or thereabouts of OUR company, they also killed the little carrot they dangled in front of their so called loyal shareholders who supported the raisings on the way down, aka options. if they managed well and the SP followed the options would be in the money and they wouldn't be out there pulling OUR pants down while we don't even know it. seen it time and time again with oppies and what management seem to tend to manage around expiry time. the exercise of the options would have meant less required from the vultures ........ but i can take an educated guess as to who benefits most by the oppies being written off and not being exercised.

peak ain't alone when it comes to options and this position so don't think i am just picking on pek. what's the bet all the good news/buying coincidentally comes out in July onwards? generally speaking, when management start managing for shareholders and not themselves and third parties we have no control over i may start to think a little differently

i seriously do hope pek gets it's backside into gear because once the oppies are gone the only way you and i can be rewarded is through SP appreciation ....... and that takes us back to our good management = good Sp discussion. *sigh*
