I think they were terribly let down last time and are simply scared out of their wits, just in case they are let down again.
I believe that at the first open sign that entire cities embrace the coalition troops and Basra would have to be the prime target where this could occur, the others including Baghdad will follow on in a domino effect.
It is beyong my comprehension that anyone including backward Arabs could or would choose to stay with an animal like Sadam.
If any Arab were to argue that would be in preference to Infidels.....somehwre behind the scenes someone is holding a gun to someones head.

Look at Kuwait. America liberated Kuwait. Have they knicked their oil? Have they taken over the Kuwaiti government?
