Sicilian prawns on spaghetti
Fry a small amount of chili in oil until just cooked
¼ kilo of small raw prawns
1/4 to 1/2 dozen anchovies
turn off and add the following:
One can of tomato
Pinch of saffron
Pinch of cinnamon
Parmesan (optional)
A little lemon or orange juice (optional)
Serve on cooked pasta
