That wasn't a nuke IMO there was no flash, just a massive explosion from an ammunitions stockpile that was targeted.
If that was a nuke you would have seen a very bright flash of white that temporarily whitens the eye and causes temporary blindness.
Especially from that distance even with a tactical nuke. The videographers would not have been able to keep watching.
