    AGY- The Company has assessed several business opportunities during the Quarter, however these were considered not acceptable. The Company is proactively working to identify and review other new project or asset acquisition opportunities, to enhance its project portfolio and increase the overall value proposition of AGY.
    AXT- The Board continues to review and evaluate potential corporate opportunities in the natural resource sector and is of the view that present market conditions will provide increased opportunities going forward at more sensible valuations than seen in recent years.
    CCC- Continental has also commenced looking at a number of strategic opportunities with Ivory Mint in the energy sector and looks forward to updating shareholders shortly on key developments.
    CHP- Awash in legal disputes and lot's to not like with this one, however "On other activities, the directors continue to pursue a number of other new and exciting opportunities in the mobile technology space. The directors hope to be in a position to inform shareholders shortly of the Company's progress in that regards"
    CRL- Comet Resources Limited (Comet) currently has cash reserves of $1.5 million and 83,006,895. million shares on issue. Comet continues to review new project opportunities, Comet is continually evaluating opportunities to peg prospective ground.
    CRQ- The Company has reviewed a number of new mineral focused opportunities during the quarter and continues to look at other new businesses to grow shareholder wealth.
    CTT- Crest and its advisors continue to identify and evaluate potential advanced projects that might meet criteria capable of adding significant shareholder value. Donald Stephens of PTR and HFR recently appointed to the board.
    DDD- The company continues to review new opportunities and during the quarter it reviewed several more gold and base metal projects. These projects are being assessed in the context of the Company’s overall strategy of building the asset base of the company with advanced projects that can source finance from China.
    DKO- The Company continues to pursue new project and corporate opportunities.

    DLE- The Company is also evaluating a range of projects outside the resource industry, including traditional power generation and renewable energy. Based on initial discussions with potential investors and project leads, the Company is encouraged with the results and will continue to explore these opportunities. During the period, Mr Weifeng Li resigned as a director of the Company. Mr Michael van Uffelen was appointed as a non-executive director.

    ERD- The Company is actively evaluating several potential investments. Stephen Brockhurst recently appointed a Director.

    EUM- They are basing themselves in Myanmar looking for resources projects but keep an eye out for something left field as the board seem qualified to find something good. Not sure what it means when a Director quits and is re-appointed a week later? Anyone know this bunch….Palisade Business Consulting and Apical Partners? Involved with LTX also.
    EVE- The company is currently evaluating several new projects to add to its portfolio of investments
    EXM- The Company is continually seeking opportunities to maximise the value of its
    assets. This includes discussing potential farm-ins with joint venture partners, raising
    capital and looking for new projects.

    FCN- The Company continued to review joint venture / acquisition opportunities as well as maintain its project generation strategy.

    FEL- During the Quarter, the Company has continued its stated strategy of reviewing potential investment opportunities outside its current project portfolio. The Company has a focus on commodities it believes has strong upside from potential market supply shortfall in the near to medium term. These include zinc, lead, antimony and nickel. The Company has continued to explore avenues for third party funding or divestment of its Southern Yilgarn iron ore Projects.
    GPH- Conducting DD on a precious metals project in Africa but have hit some snags and "At this stage there is no agreement, however management have concluded that should this or any other opportunity present itself that is value accretive to shareholders, then that opportunity will be pursued"
    GTE- In view of the present challenging market conditions, particularly for mineral exploration companies with greenfield projects, GTE is also actively seeking ‘advanced project’ acquisition opportunities, predominantly focusing on nickel or zinc. The company is currently reviewing several opportunities and any development in this regard will be announced to the market at the appropriate time.
    LCR - Recent board spill. Gary Castledine and Pete Fox of CPS Capital are now involved. The smoke signals have begun
    LSN- The Board are actively exploring new investment opportunities with strong growth potential. The Company is in a strong position to attract new projects having a tight shareholding, low expenditure obligations and with a solid cash position.
    MCX- Change of management in July 2014 who proceeded to clean up the books. "Once suitable acquisitions have been sourced, Mariner, as a listed entity with no "excess baggage" will be able to capitalise on opportunities as they present"

    MRR- The Company is continuing to assess a range of exploration and corporate opportunities that have the potential to complement the existing tenement portfolio. The past year has seen an active program of assessments and a broad range of opportunities considered. This work will continue through the coming period. The Company remains active in seeking other opportunities both inside and outside of the resources sector, and welcomes any opportunity being put before it. The Company will continue to judiciously work on its two project areas. Chiffley Portfolios are a big holder, anybody know who they are?
    QTG- Maybe not a shell but who knows? "Finally, QTG is presently working with a number of prospective vendors to secure complementary products to enhance our already extensive product offering, further de-risking the business from over reliance on any single supplier. We expect that these strategies successfully implemented over coming months will continue to positively impact the QSS business"
    QUR- Pat Volpe has come on board as company secretary along with some recent board changes. No field work has been conducted for the last two quarters.

    RLC- The Company is currently negotiating for the acquisition of a gold project which would involve the recovery of gold from mullock (waste rock left at surface from previous mining activities). At the date of this report a purchase agreement has been drafted but not executed.The gold project has an existing mining licence so that if acquired and gold grades in the mullock are adequate, recovery of gold could commence quickly, possibly within 6 months.
    SYA- During the quarter the company continued its assessment of projects on a worldwide basis with a view to acquiring an advanced exploration/development project. Commodity focus has been principally coking coal, direct shipping iron ore , copper and graphite.
    SYS- New Malaysian Director appointed."Syngas is continuing the process of evaluating potential projects with a focus on the energy sector. Projects located in South East Asia are being examined and preliminary studies are ongoing to determine the most appropriate way to acquire an operation that can provide immediate positive cashflow and provide a basis for the long term development of the Company"

    TMZ- During the quarter Thomson Resources acquired an outstanding tin exploration project located near the Ardlethan Mine, NSW
    VEC- Gary Castledine of CPS capital Shell. Recently disposed of all tenements "Financial effect of the Disposal on the Company
    The impact of the Disposal on the Company’s financial position will be:
    1. The extinguishment of all debt;
    2. On completion provide net cash of approximately $200,000;
    3. The release of all security obligations; and
    4. Other than cash, the company will have no assets"

    WFE- During the March 2015 quarter, the Board and Management of Winmar aggressively reviewed multiple commercial opportunities. A number of attractive projects remain under consideration for further evaluation.

    EXE- The Gruden Group (TGG). TGG is comprised of a number of private companies specialising in fully integrated e-commerce and m-commerce point of sale applications and digital marketing services.
    SWR- Romio- Social media crowd-sourced review and recommendations provider. Fosters are leading the placement.
    AYB- Acquiring GRS Foods and moving into the dairy space
