Madrum, There seem to have been a parent company to Summa resources called TerraNova Capital Partners ( SEC No: 801-55603 )
Their webpage is saying:
'Summa Resource Holdings LLC was formed by selected principals of European American Capital Partners to pursue global mining and mineral investment opportunities in various segments, including coal, coal technologies, clean technologies, underground coal gasification, iron ore, chromium, uranium, and precious metals..'
I am not able to verify with the US SEC if the company is still current. But they have assets in Clean coal and energy
