Are shareholders seriously supposed to understand this announcement? IMO it is deliberately misleading. They have either lied to us, the RAC and the FDA all along about having sufficient compound to complete this trial or someone has completely #$**ed up with the handling of this drug.
Either way, I think that shareholders deserve a more comprehensive explanation that this. What does 'immediate requirements' mean exactly. How much will it cost in addition to the earlier projected costs? Why do the participants now appear to be fewer in number and have to be under 80kgs, which is much more restrictive than BMI <30.
This company is sailing very close to an ASIC investigation due to non-disclosure of price sensitive information or reporting continuous disclosure statements.
