You can have the odd meal off ....but you must be aware that you seem to put on 2kgs due to fluid and food, this can take a few days to drop but if you go back to your so called "diet" it will come off and you can still drop a bit of weight for the week.
If as some diets are low in fibre .... 2 teaspoons of psyllium husk in water (each day) and then drink a few cups of warm tea to get rid of food that has been in your system for months..... trust me.
