    This fund to develop the Silk Road(s) for gold assets and provide a market for those governments is an extension of what is going on now anyway. The Chinese already have tentacles stretching into Mongolia and the Stans. Which has been a saviour for some Aussie mining professionals, given that things are quiet at home. But another $16B in the kitty is always going to be welcome.
