    Hi this is it

Yes you are right. According to the last few quarterlys they have indicated that they are looking for acquisitions.

I was only speculating when I mentioned that they would pay a div of 0.3c. That would equate to approx $1.5m in dividend payments which would still leave them $4.5m at year end to look for acquisitions.

I think a small dividend would be much appreicated by the market and would finally shrug off any pennydreadful/speccy status the company may still have by a few in the market

I personally am indifferent between div payments and acquisitions just as long as any acq they make is E.P.S positive like Delvex was or they use the funds wisely to make the appropriate upgrades of the TDU.

As much as Im enjoying seeing the company bottom line improving, they do need a few lessons in PR. A company with as much potential as TOX is far too quiet for my liking. THere has been little info flow to shareholders this year also.

As long as they keep producing results that is all that matters I suppose but I think the market want a little bit more; hence the deflated share price. I believe TOX should be worth 20c at least right now but you can never argue with the market, that is one thing I have learnt.

Gives us more time to top up

    Cheers
