    This is it - I also believe that TOX's preference is to make acquisitions rather than pay dividends.

    Everyone is thinking the same thing though - "what can you buy with only $4 million bucks"???

    Hence the weakness in share price as the next though is - capital raising? TOX haven't done their share price in the short term any favours with this uncertainty - but might be great for the long term as insto's replace small holders and strengthen the register.

    Maybe not so silly to plant that seed?
