Just because the big 4 have probably nodded on this option issue, i am still going to vote no.

The thing is if you let them get away with 100% yes then they will think they have the mandate to keep doing the same issues to themselves. Even a 30% no and 70% yes will make them rethink any future option issues.

Who knows, if i were any of the Big 4 i would have gone with a generous employee share purchase plan or company loan shemes at attractive interest rates to purchase company shares.

Only management who have a huge wad of shares and skin in the game can be trusted imo.
