I have to agree with Hill that the security council is a major problem.

Why is it a major problem?

Because of the veto power the Permanent members have, power they ALL abuse.

so the problem is not so much the UN itself but the permanent members of the UN security council and their abuse of power

Care to name who ALL the permanent menbers are who ALL constantly fail in their duty Yak??????
