    No Johny. It is not called accumulation, it is called trading. The futures contracts become more active as they approach expiry. That is all you are reading on that chart.

    All that oil stored in bunkers and hulls under contango will be hedged on these contracts expiring over the coming months, possibly adding to extra supply in a significant way.
