re: rights finished now; - rakia NEO will be a very different company post rights issue imo, $4m cash from the issue , and likely $5m to $15m bonus from Statesman stake ... so all the cash they need = no more dilutions. And more than likely a share consolidation down to 90m shares might be on the cards , so I reckon these levels are basement.
Possible corporate action at OPL , NY-1 flow tests , SELH oil and gas testing , pipeline hookup , all within the next 3 months .... imo.
There are better stories around , for sure , but at $15m cap , NEO is way undervalued ..... imo.
