Mr Roberts questioning David Roberts of Quasar
DR claims acting in the best interests of jv but in 2014 interests divergedwhen Ags needed money

roberts”did you ever consider selling ags 25% share of the U …..DR “No, my obligation was to sell U on behalf of the jv”
just verbal jousting “if you could go along with ags directionand not hurt q would you have gone ahead” DR “no , I was acting on behalf of the jv”
stanley “if quasar/hg had wanted you to sell their 75% and leave ags s 25% would you have gone along with that?” didnt catch his reply
DR selling seperatelywould harm the price for hg as it affects spot and spot affects overall price
Roberts “you suggest a sale on spot would affect the long term price a year later”
roberts in near future.......a long argument about what constiutes the nr future
    think we won that point
arguing about delays due to shipping and at converter
won this point as cameco accepts 98% for sale at converter
tried to show accounting indicates Q considered and acted as though they owned 100%

sometimes accounts seperated and sometimes didnt . Held seperately when it was to Qs advantage
    all minor arguments

then mr eric webb , uxc , quasars expert on U prices , sales , spot market
overall I think mr roberts proved that sales on spot market have no great overall affect of long term prices . Took a while to argue these points
went into shipping costs for seperate shipments
    Ags pays Q a 1% marketing fee
roberts trying to show that report is trying to show AGS in the worse possible light
    think overall win here
then mr morris a chartered accountant has produced a statement to contradict ags figures for salee
mr gowers report vs mr morris report
think prob had an overall win here too

mr myers summation , just really an overall ramble over the pointss that our reporters havee already commented on ...acting for jv
ags financial situation not qs fault etc etc

mr archibald , concentrates on whether Q working in best intersst of jv or themselves

have no idea which way itll go.........if I had to guess , stanley may go down the middle with a compromise but reaall y have no idea\

yes there has been reams and reams of paperwork presented to stanley for his considertion . I dont think all infohas been presented in court but dont go thinking there is a smoking gun in this paperwork
we have gotten the main arguments in court
I missed the dates that ags presented its main points . Noone seems to have reported on these days so I give the impression its been all one sided ...just I havent been there
