have no idea which way itll go.........if I had to guess , stanley may go down the middle with a compromise but reaall y have no idea\

yes there has been reams and reams of paperwork presented to stanley for his considertion . I dont think all infohas been presented in court but dont go thinking there is a smoking gun in this paperwork
we have gotten the main arguments in court
I missed the dates that ags presented its main points . Noone seems to have reported on these days so I give the impression its been all one sided ...just I havent been there

Thanks heaps Mayfair. Now I'm even more annoyed I couldn't make it - sounds like a 'relatively' positive day.

I think the common sense test is sometimes important. Dave Roberts, of Quasar, saying that he's acting in the JV's interest, not Quasar's interest, doesn't really pass it.
