    Does anyone have thoughts on the EML chart?

    It's a core holding for me but looking at when to add.

    Currently sitting right on the 50% retracement from the Oct 2014 - April 2015 rally.

    RSI well in oversold territory.

    Tight bands, getting volatile, a move not far away.
