I unfortunately feel this is going to go the opposite way. Those big sells are there trying to push more people into selling and as the price banks up lower they'll drop those sells down .1c at a time hence the .1c gap to make sure they're not hit. Couple this with Friday afternoon sell off fever and you've got yourself dump city.
Even though a JV is on the horizon (maybe) there is no indication of any news just yet so all is just speculative. Sure it may rise again but I think you'd be kidding yourself to think that'll happen today with no news.
Just my thoughts and experience from many years trading. This is a classic P&D stock as it is still a penny even if it has a bright future.
