if only we knew the exact day that judgement will be passed...i would open 2 positions, one short, one long both with guaranteed stops at 10%. are IG offering guaranteed stop on AVQ, had been considering increasing my holding with cfds before the appeal is over.
i would be taking some profits before the appeal is up...those trailing stops wont help u if it gaps down on bad news. IMO
