Was always a head of agreement announcement, what is the surprise? I guess for those that believe in the project or that is will proceed it is a little opportunity. risk/reward game. No doubt the brokers that have been meet have not even touched this until the docs are signed.... Once completed it will then be interesting to see the interest...
