I guess we didnt know much about the business model when I raised it a while ago. I received no response....
I think this is very important when calculating possible returns and therefore share price potential.
Personally I would prefer the royalty based system as opposed to our own production.
This way I could see the potential profits being on the higher end of realistic as the demand increases, not the lower. up to 20%?
Setting up of plants, staffing them and then the ongoing problems of maintenance, transport, ongoing rising costs, potential union issues and not to mention the minefield of compliance, is something to be avoided if at all possible.
Of course in the royalty system, key needs are protecting and maintenance of patents and agreed methods of calculating product produced. (both fraught with danger in their own ways)
A direct deposit every month sounds like the way to go for me.
