You can all see the reply from I.G. but I'll look at what H/Q lawyer is trying to point out.

In relation to the Reduction process its around 110m-130m atm and AGS withdraws.

My query to all posters out there is to somehow compare that(110m-130m) to a valuation of Four Mile without the Reduction Process in Place.

As JD said "do the sums" at the last AGM. He was referring to the Reduction Process, Man I cant!

I'm so looking forward to what becomes of our holdings IF AGS wins the Sales rights and 25% back.

Its intriguing how a valuation will be placed on ACE.

At the end of the day we get what the Directors get/decide. imo

The problem for me is I don't want to be a long term holder of AGS once ACE is sold.

I'm sure I'm not alone there and I doubt the Directors will accommodate our departure with a "golden handshake " type return for our Shareholdings.imo

Lets hope the Court decision goes our way so we can determine what positives we have as far as our Shareholdings are concerned.

One thing I'm not impressed about is the 1.5m or thereabouts paid to Dragoman for advice.

I remember a phone conversation I had with a director about the failed M&D C Matter and comments made. (Not repeating on here)

but could some one tell me if Dragoman had anything to do with the M&D C Matter ie the initial decision to start?

Hi Metal - good to see you back again unscathed after your enforced exile .

Re Dragoman: I my own mere view, I think that AGS wouldn't have stood a chance in the JV without the advice of someone of Dragoman's standing and global experience. .. Whether it works or not we've yet to see, but I think it's too early to de-cry a payment for their service. Generally, "you get what you pay for " and they are an impressive (mustn't say lobbying ) group.

Interesting to note that Dragoman's choice of name for the company derives from the official role that the dragoman played as an "intermediary" in the Ottoman Empire. ..
