Thinking back to witnesses vs written submitted evidence
I spoke to bob rich who had prepared a report for AGS on U price . He said he would appear on the last day. He attended daily the first week but then disappeared and never appeared on the stand. I presume his statement was not queried by Q . It was therefore just tendered to Stanley I presume

so I presume that a lot of evidence was entered this way . If there was a smoking gun it would hve been cross examined
