The Big 3 will have takeover votes within a month. Why would they wait. They can do it immediately. To wait will cost them money. They could even try and crunch the share price lower as no one or group of shareholders have their power. Like I said the management have sold AVBs soul. There is no big returns for small fish. Management have dropped the ball and left themselves extremely vunerable as well in this situation. Skin in the Game is important!
