BRAINCHIP received funding late 2013. Why has this not been mentioned until now?

"Revenue within 12months." now 9 months. That's a bold statement to make . They must be very confident that all milestones will be met quickly . Or have they already been met?
IMHO to make a statement like that to the public they must have something ready and are just following formalities to bring it to the market. I think once the acquisition has been completed we will be travelling at a much faster pace and I don't mean a jog.
